3 c Rice flour 1 c Sugar 1 ts Salt 2 tb Baking powder 4 Eggs 4 tb Oleo 1 1/2 c Milk ---Apple Variation--- 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Allspice 2 c Apple chips

In a medium-size bowl mix all the ingredients until moist (don't overmix). Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Source: Mrs Dennis Foster, Stamford (Nebr.)
